We currently offer delivery:

  • Inside Dhaka City

  • Outside Dhaka – to all districts and upazilas in Bangladesh

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking update once your order is dispatched

Area Delivery Time
Dhaka City 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka 2–5 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or natural disruptions (e.g., rain, hartal, etc.)


? Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60 flat rate

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 flat rate via courier services (e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.


? Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, you can request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging with tags

    • In the same condition as delivered

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Underwear/innerwear (for hygiene reasons)


? Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed for size mismatch, defective, or wrong item

  • Customer must bear the delivery charge for returns unless it's our fault


? Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via Bkash/Nagad/Bank within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and approved

  • Refund does not include the original delivery charge unless product was defective
